Students who drop all courses prior to the first 10th calendar day of the term are refunded 100 percent. Drop requests must be received by Noon PT on the 10th calendar day of the term. If the 10th calendar day falls on a weekend or holiday, the drop is backdated to the 10th calendar day.

Students may enroll in two courses in a term up until Noon PT on the 10th calendar day of the term. An additional course can be added upon successful completion of one course up until the last day of the third month of the term. The third course can not be dropped.

Students requesting a drop of all courses after Noon PT on the 10th calendar day of the term must submit a General Petition requesting to do so by Noon PT on the 20th calendar day of the term and all supporting documentation must be received by Noon PT on the 40th calendar day of the term. Such petitions will only be considered due to extenuating circumstances and may result in the delay of financial aid disbursement. Late drop petitions will be processed by the end of the same term.
