Student Address

The United States Department of Education regulations regarding state authorization provide in 34 CFR 600.9(c) that any institution receiving federal funding must have a defensible process for tracking the location of students. All students must provide their state of residence upon admission to the university and are required to submit a Change of Address form advising of any change of address and confirm or update their addresses at the time of subsequent registration at least once per year.
